• Contact details: the name and email address you provide at checkout, used to deliver your eSIM and send order confirmations.
• Order information: the plan you purchased, order reference, and eSIM identifiers needed to provide and support the service.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Basic usage data: standard technical information such as browser type, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use your information

• To deliver your eSIM and provide the service you purchased.
• To send order confirmations, delivery emails, and important service notices.
• To provide customer support and process refunds where eligible.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We share information only with the providers needed to deliver your eSIM:

• Our eSIM supplier, to provision the eSIM for your chosen destination.
• Stripe, to process payments securely.
• Our email provider, to send you order and delivery emails.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, meet accounting and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal data where we are not legally required to keep it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@telisco.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.
